Find out how to submit your presentation material
All authors will be notified about final acceptance and type of presentation by 5 April 2023. The Technical Committee reserves the right to finally reject full papers of poor language or poor technical content as well as papers that would not correspond to the abstract.
Some papers will be selected for oral presentation in a main session, round table or RIF session. However, the usual way of presenting papers in CIRED is poster. The very successful CIRED guided poster tours are unique opportunities to display your work. Displaying an overview of your paper on the poster tours gives you an opportunity to talk directly with individuals and go into much deeper discussion than is possible in a large auditorium.
We remind you that each accepted full paper must have at least one author or co-author registered by 1 May to present the contribution in Rome (maximum one paper presented by registered author). Registrations are available through the CIRED 2023 ConfTool platform.
If you have been selected for an oral presentation, you are required to present your research during your technical session’s main presentation slots. We ask you to prepare a 12 min.* presentation that will be followed by a short Q&A.
*Except if you have been advised otherwise by email (Session 6 Block 3 papers)
Please upload your presentation in ppt or pptx format using the mandatory template:
You are also offered the possibility to take part in the poster session. For the moment, your contribution is foreseen in it, if you do not want to take part in the poster session, please inform us by 28 April. All information about poster sessions and poster template can be found herebelow.
Note: Submission of an updated full paper at this stage will be refused.
We ask you to upload all of your presentation material on the platform by May 26.
